After discovering the harbor and the city, we escape civilization. Ride shotgun with our pilots over the uninhabited country-side of Eastpoint with its ruins of ancient plantations; Pass Devil’s Cliff, the doom of many a ship, where at night the vessel’s ghost captains can still be heard whimpering to mourn and pray for their lost ship and crew; Soar over Eastpoint Bay, where Eagle Rays are sometimes visible ‘flying’ with their broad wings over the white sandy bottom; Big turtles are seen in their natural habitat looking for a place to bury their eggs.
Circle over the cliffs of Canon Point. Currents here are so treacherous that many a swimmer lost the contest; Fly by the rough untamed North Coast. The huge waves, built up by the trade winds all the way from the eastern Caribbean Sea, throw themselves with disdain on the rocky shore, spraying the coast with a constant layer of salt making it uninhabitable and almost convince you that you fly over Mars. This is also home to many wild donkeys and roaming sharks. If we’re lucky we’ll spot this ruthless ocean predator in Playa Canoa, the only bay on the island where surfers like to catch a wave and play tag with the sharks.

Our ex-military pilots can also demonstrate the unique capabilities of a helicopter on a military assignment. This is a Unique Once-in-your-Life Experience! They will show you an exhilarating Nap-of-the-Earth* low-level flight over the unspoiled wild area of Eastpoint. Skimming the turquoise coastal lagoons and the hilly back country, you feel the thrill of being on a military reconnaissance mission. As most of our guests remark afterwards: "I felt as if I was part of an adventure movie like Top Gun." Of course this part of the flight is safe. Remember, you are the commander of this squadron, so at any time you can call it quits.

Sunset Swoon

This leisurely escape is a must for the romantically involved. We take-off at sunset, so you’ll have the best of the day and the night. When the sun sets towards the horizon, everything is bathed in a warm dreamy glow. Then the city lights spring up and enlighten the evening. Contrary to what people believe, from the air one can see almost everything due to the idyllic illumination, throwing an almost Christmassy atmosphere over the town. Our on board music is the finishing touch. This flight is ideal for romantic people wanting to create a special mood to propose. If we know beforehand of your plan, we’ll throw in the champagne after you land. Our experience is that they always say ‘Yes’.

Because the trip to Little Curacao by boat is quite rough (wind, waves and current are opposing on this course), we can fly you there and arrive safe and sound without letting seasickness ruin your day. The return trip by boat is smooth and comfortable because the elements are helping you along. This Combination Package is very popular and also gives you a great tour over Curacao before you hop the 6 miles from Eastpoint to Little Curacao.
