SANDY'S PLATEAU AND BOKA DI SORSAKA

The sides of the lagoon have lots of lush coral heads and gorgonian beds, which snorkelers will really enjoy. Jan Thiel has several sites to explore from the beach or by boat. Sandy's Plateau is a large shallow plateau, which extends out to the coral covered wall. A deeply undercut ledge formed over 5,000 years ago, Boka di Sorsaka is just off the Jan Thiel lagoon.
