How many days should I spend in Curaçao?
Caribbean (short flights, regional travel):
3 to 4 days is usually enough for a short escape. You can explore Willemstad, spend time at a nearby beach like
Jan Thiel Beach, and enjoy a relaxed mix of dining and culture without needing much planning. It’s ideal for a weekend or quick break.
United States & Latin America:
5 to 7 days is the sweet spot for most visitors. This gives you enough time to see both sides of the island, from popular beaches like Grote Knip and Cas Abao Beach to nature experiences in Christoffel National Park, plus a boat trip to Klein Curaçao and some evenings in town.
Europe (long-haul travel):
7 to 10 days is recommended so the journey feels worth it. It allows you to settle into the island’s rhythm, mix busy days with slow beach time, revisit favourite spots, and explore beyond the main tourist areas without rushing.
